SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly after being placed to ensure fast fulfillment. Because of this, order changes or cancellations may only be possible before fulfillment begins.

If your order has already entered processing or fulfillment, it cannot be canceled. Once your order is delivered, you may contact our support team to begin the return process in accordance with our return policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these processing timelines.

Express + Insured Shipping

If you've selected Express + Insured shipping, you will be given the option to have your order reshipped, or refunded if the order is lost in transit.
If you ordered using "Free Shipping" or "Express Processing" we will reship your package if it is lost 
during transit.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout, the order is considered delivered.

Customers must ensure shipping and billing addresses are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an error was made by our team, we will correct the order at no cost.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

We are not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes. By placing an order, you acknowledge that international shipments may be subject to customs charges upon arrival.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery dates are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control may occur.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our support team first so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We are committed to resolving all customer concerns before disputes or chargebacks are necessary.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
